The Retainer Basis Service Plan
 

Your Benefits are:

After a few months of accumulating usage data, you will know, in advance, what your monthly technology costs will be and therefore can more easily budget for those costs.

Your monthly retainer will cover all service hours used during that month, and will include Remote Service, On-site Service, Phone support or eMail support, according to our response policy. We will attempt remote service before an on-site visit.

The Trip Charge is Waived on all on-site calls within a 20 mile radius of Wilmington, Delaware (for locations outside this radius, reduced trip charges may apply)

Priority Service - You will get a call back within 20 minutes and initial service within 4 hours.
(We try for less than 2 hours service response time for contract customers ! (Normal business hours; conditions allowing)

No Surcharge for work performed after normal business hours (8 A.M. to 6 P.M. M-F), up to the limits of your anticipated hours for that month.


The Retainer Plan:

In recognition of the fact that unexpected, uncoordinated and/or conflicting changes made by different entities will have a detrimental effect on network performance, reliability and security, the client must agree to engage and retain Admin Associates as their sole and exclusive I.T provider for the entire life of the agreement, which is renewable on the yearly anniversary of the contract.

Your initial retainer will be based on our best estimate of your near-future needs, according to the size and type of your operation and the results of our FREE initial system audit. 

Thereafter, your retainer will be based on a predetermined hourly rate, historical usage factors, and number of workstations and servers.  Any new projects will not be covered under the retainer agreement unless excess hours are available.  When new projects put the client over the pre-allotted number of hours, the additional hours used that month will be billed at the same rate.

Your retainer is due by the 5th day of each month..

Every three months, you may make adjustments to the number of hours you request be included in the retainer fee.

On-site support incurs a 1 hour minimum

An hourly surcharge is added for work performed after normal business hours (8 A.M. to 6 P.M. M-F) when those hours exceed the number of hours allowed for in the contract.
